Job Summary
Guest Services Associate at United Dairy Farmers (Store 115) provides Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting Guests warmly, ensuring the store is ready for guests, and assisting with DipSide items (shakes, sundaes, ice cream/yogurt), while accurately handling transactions at the POS and gas console. Responsibilities include maintaining stocked shelves and displays, monitoring for shop-lifting, managing cash with proper drop procedures, maintaining clean and safe store and parking lot conditions, and completing required time records. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in handling transactions, safety, and adherence to company policies. Schedule is Part Time (up to 25 hours/week) with availability on 1st–3rd shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and various payment methods
- Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and handle items up to 8" x 10" x 10"
- Ability to withstand temperature exposure requirements as specified
- Ability to move merchandise and stock shelves
- Ability to perform shift duties including time-record reporting
