Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding service to all guests by following the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, operating the Point of Sale system, maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and adhering to security protocols. The role requires effective communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to operate equipment. Candidates should be able to work in varying temperatures and lift moderate weights.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to see well to operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to move merchandise and place it for display
- Ability to clean surfaces and equipment
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
