Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to every guest by following the Hi Five Guest Experience process, ensuring store readiness, preparing specialty food items, operating the point of sale system efficiently, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. This role requires effective communication skills in English, competence in handling financial transactions, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Associates must also monitor store security and complete necessary documentation accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear, and understand spoken English effectively
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle various payment methods and make change accurately
- Ability to recognize numbers and complete required records
- Ability to move merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
- Ability to tolerate exposure to various temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place heavy objects into cabinets
