Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to every guest by following the prescribed Guest Experience phases. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing menu items, operating the point of sale system, stocking merchandise, ensuring store security and maintenance, and accurately completing time records. The role necessitates effective communication skills, the ability to understand and handle various store equipment, as well as physical capabilities such as lifting and tolerating temperature variations. Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and check identification
- Ability to understand and operate all store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons, and food stamps accurately
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and perform arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise for proper display
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures for specified durations
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds from floor level to a height of 5 feet
- Ability to place an 8” x 10” x 10” package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet 3 feet high
