Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate will deliver exceptional service by following the Hi Five Guest Experience, which includes greeting customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately at the point of sale, preparing menu items such as shakes and ice cream, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, executing proper security measures, managing stock levels, and completing required reporting. The role requires effective communication in English, the ability to operate store equipment, and physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to handle coins, currency, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place packages into cabinets
