Job Summary
A Guest Services Associate at United Dairy Farmers provides outstanding service to every Guest by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience. Responsibilities include greeting Guests warmly, preparing DipSide items, efficiently operating the Point of Sale System, stocking merchandise, maintaining security, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store, and completing time records accurately. Candidates must have effective communication skills in English, the ability to handle transactions, and physical capabilities to perform tasks like lifting and exposure to varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to shelves/display/freezers
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds from floor level
- Ability to place a specified package into a cabinet
