Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate provides outstanding service by following the Hi Five Guest Experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-served. Responsibilities include preparing DipSide items, operating the point of sale system, stocking merchandise, maintaining store security and cleanliness, and accurately reporting time. Candidates must effectively communicate in English, handle monetary transactions, and operate store equipment while tolerating varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons, and food stamps
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to shelves/displays/freezers/milk box
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as -30 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds from floor level
- Ability to place an 8" x 10" x 10" package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet
