Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience

Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in San Jose, responsible for greeting guests, driving sales, promoting services/products, selling wax passes, rebooking guests to meet sale goals, and educating guests on our exclusive product line. Manages front desk operations including check-ins/outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control, while maintaining a clean, professional center appearance. Must have strong sales and guest service skills, excellent communication, and a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
