Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience

Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment while driving center revenue through selling waxing services, passes, and product lines. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, and rebook guests to meet sales goals; educate guests on our exclusive product line; manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs, reservations, confirmations, cash handling, and inventory control; maintain a clean, professional center appearance. Ideal candidate has strong sales and guest service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a goal-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting targets, and availability to work evenings and weekends.
