Job Summary
Guest Service Associate responsible for providing a hospitable, safe, and healthy environment in which guests experience enhanced dignity and respect. Responsibilities include conducting daily facility and equipment inspections, guest intake with program orientation, building rapport with guests, engaging and checking in with guests, assisting nursing/social services with on-site appointments, maintaining bed availability and documentation, supporting supply inventory, keeping shift notes and incident reports, participating in trainings (e.g., BLS, Crisis Prevention, Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed Care, DEI), and performing laundry or housekeeping tasks when needed. Must be able to adapt to schedule changes, work five 8-hour shifts, and uphold organizational policies and dress code.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in a Healthcare or Recuperative Care environment (preferred)
- Current BLS certification preferred, but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, guests, and visitors
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes and/or work additional shifts
