Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service to guests as the first point of contact and be a knowledgeable resource regarding area amenities and activities. Respond professionally to guest inquiries, handle phone calls promptly, and process email reservation requests. Follow emergency notification processes when needed, track and report data for management, and assist with parking lot operations including outdoor traffic direction when necessary. Support and understand ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned. Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, comfortable engaging with others, calm under pressure, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent; resort/national park experience and prior customer service experience preferred.
