Guest Service Associate, Housekeeping- The Hoxton Bengaluru City

Conduct daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring all spaces are well presented and maintained. Report any maintenance defects in rooms or on guest floors immediately. Adhere to health and safety standards, reporting breaches to the Executive Housekeeper, while stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on floors and in stores. Assist with cleaning public areas and back-of-house zones as required. Provide a friendly, helpful, and responsive level of customer care for all guests. Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel and ensure all areas meet quality audit standards.
