Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

Respond promptly to guest requests and department needs; service and maintain guest rooms by replenishing amenities, replacing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and ensuring rooms are vacancy-ready. Inspect appliances, straighten furniture, dust and polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and perform floor care. Follow safety and company policies, report hazards, complete training, and maintain professional appearance. Communicate clearly with guests and team, assist guests with disabilities, and strive to meet quality standards and guest satisfaction. Move and handle items up to 25 pounds (assistance required for heavier loads) and operate housekeeping carts and related equipment. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors. Preferred education notes indicate no high school diploma or GED equivalent.
