Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to maintain impeccable housekeeping standards; manage master keys securely to ensure guest and property safety; report maintenance or supply needs to Housekeeping Supervisor; maintain guest room cleanliness and respond courteously to guests and co-workers; perform duties across rooms, public areas, and Executive Office as assigned, including linen handling, lost-and-found procedures, and adherence to schedules and safety rules; support mission to deliver high guest satisfaction and operational profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience preferred
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to manage master keys securely
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Ability to work with a team and follow schedules
- Flexibility to handle various housekeeping tasks including rooms and public areas
