Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate, you’ll support daily restaurant operations by taking orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies. Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with food orders while maintaining knowledge of the menu. Ensure the dining area, patio, and restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Follow food safety, hygiene, and cash handling procedures, assist with restocking and cleaning tasks, and support new team member training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation required
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and basic math skills
