Job Summary
Greet guests as the first point of contact, ensuring all bills are accurate and contain no surprises while treating every individual as a unique guest. Manage the flow of arrivals and departures, coordinate with team members to maintain operational efficiency, and assist the Front Office Manager with overbooking levels. Maintain data accuracy across all systems, generate daily reports per standard operating procedures, and handle incoming calls to address requests and provide local recommendations for dining and entertainment. This role supports the launch of The Hoxton's first neighbourhood hotel in Bengaluru's city centre, contributing to a new lifestyle brand in India's Silicon Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system
- Passion for hospitality
- Passion for exceeding guest's expectations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
