Job Summary
Front Office Operations leadership role overseeing daily briefings, staff supervision, and quality service delivery at the Front Desk. Key duties include reviewing workflows, analyzing rate variance and discounts, coordinating with hotel departments, managing guest issues via the logbook, supervising shift handovers, ensuring cleanliness and order, driving front-line sales through marketing techniques, handling billing and credit discrepancies, managing overbooking and relocations, operating On-Call Valet Desks, and ensuring safety/security policies. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, at least 2 years in a similar role, strong English proficiency, and MS Office skills. Located in New Delhi, India; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
