Key duties include reviewing workflows, analyzing rate variance and discounts, coordinating with hotel departments, managing guest issues via the logbook, supervising shift handovers, ensuring cleanliness and order, driving front-line sales through marketing techniques, handling billing and credit discrepancies, managing overbooking and relocations, operating On-Call Valet Desks, and ensuring safety/security policies. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, at least 2 years in a similar role, strong English proficiency, and MS Office skills. Located in New Delhi, India; in-person work arrangement.

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
