Job Summary
Represent European Wax Center as a brand ambassador by educating guests on Wax Pass benefits, current promotions, and the advantages of consistency. Check guests in and out of reservations using the POS system while maintaining center and individual goals. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a positive, upbeat demeanor to uphold the company's core values. Work flexible days and hours in a fast-paced environment, receiving and implementing feedback to independently manage duties with limited supervision.
