Guest Service Associate responsible for high-standard F&B service in a hotel restaurant, including welcoming guests, waiter service, cashiering per policy, inventory support, setup and upkeep of dining areas, upkeep of cleanliness and mise-en-place, and knowledge of the menu to suggest pairings; requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, grooming, flexibility to adapt to fluctuations in guest volume, and adherence to brand standards.
