Guest Service Associate - Food and Beverage Service

Conduct opening and closing side duties, set tables to standards, and prepare side stations before operation begins. Greet patrons warmly, escort them to tables, and deliver food and beverage services according to departmental standards and HACCP hygiene protocols. Monitor table cleanliness, serve orders promptly at correct temperatures, and attempt to recall individual patron names and preferences for personalized service. Up-sell food and beverage offers and cross-sell dining venues to maximize revenue. Clear tables to the stewarding area, collect supply requisitions, and report any complaints or incidents to management. Assist other outlets during peak times or when required.
