Guest Service Associate - F&B Services

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards while ensuring adherence to quality expectations. Set tables and event materials, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to deliver a memorable experience from start to finish. Clean work areas and supplies, report maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to the manager, and complete required safety training. Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and develop positive working relationships to support the team. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors, including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving objects throughout the venue.
