Job Summary
Conduct F&B service as an order taker, working with the team to keep operations running smoothly. Create a fun, relaxed atmosphere by providing a genuinely welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Anticipate guest needs proactively to ensure expectations are met and exceeded while handling all requests and questions. Maintain a positive impact on every interaction, ensuring guests have a memorable time at the new neighbourhood hotel opening in Bengaluru City centre in 2026.
