Job Summary
Greet, seat, and attend to guests with warmth and professionalism throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing dietary requirements. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to brand standards. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery. Maintain impeccable knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing to assist guests. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns or special requests. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure in fast-paced environments. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas to maintain cleanliness and organization. Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a hospitality or food service environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a guest service or food and beverage service role
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Certification in food safety or hospitality service
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality establishment
