Job Summary
Guest Service Associate focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality in F&B service at Accor's Novotel property: resolving guest queries, attending to complaints, coordinating with departments, assisting with menu knowledge, setting up and resetting tables, assisting with order-taking in the absence of the team leader, and maintaining HACCP-compliant hygiene; requires strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, basic POS familiarity, physical stamina, and flexibility to work varied shifts; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong service-oriented personality with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
