Guest Service Associate - F&B Service

Job Summary
Provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to guests, welcoming guests per standards; respond to guest queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction; coordinate with departments to maximize cooperation and guest service; manage setup of operating equipment, inspect linen and condiments, know menu items, clear and reset tables, and assist in taking guest orders in the absence of a supervisor; ensure safety, cleanliness, HACCP compliance, and environmental commitments (ISO 14001); demonstrate leadership and training of staff, maintain energy and waste-saving practices, and uphold brand standards in a hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Secondary school education
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Competencies: communication, customer contact, service orientation, teamwork, grooming
