Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, set the tone for a positive experience; engage guests to understand their skincare goals and educate them on wax pass options and promotions; book reservations and resolve guest inquiries; maintain an organized front desk and lobby; participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques; must be able to work indoors with the ability to stand or sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; strong communication and interpersonal skills; sales-driven with retail knowledge; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related service or retail experience
- Strongly prefer previous sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology
- Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
