Job Summary
Greet guests with an inviting demeanor and identify their skincare goals, educate on wax pass options and promotions, and assist with prebooking while maintaining the front desk and lobby standards. Engage guests to understand needs, convey brand knowledge, book reservations, resolve inquiries professionally, and support a collaborative team environment. Opportunity to participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques; requires ability to work indoors, stand/sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to changing busy environments. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential to ensure positive guest experiences and drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related service or retail experience
- Strongly prefer previous sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
