Job Summary
Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center responsible for assessing guest needs and providing information on product features and Wax Pass benefits, achieving company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, receiving training to maximize income, and turning passion for the beauty industry into a rewarding career. Key duties include opening/closing the center as a key holder and working a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends) while leveraging comprehensive training and benefits (including discounts and professional development).
Required Qualifications
- A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
- A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
- Talent for providing exceptional customer service
- A professional appearance at all times
- An Associate who takes pride in their work and will uphold Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center core values
