Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, engage them in conversations to understand needs, and proactively educate them on wax pass options, promotions, and prebooking benefits. Uphold brand standards and protocols while addressing inquiries, booking reservations, and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction. Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area, fostering a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques. One year of related service or retail experience is required, with a strong preference for previous sales experience.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
