Job Summary
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE engages guests with a welcoming demeanor, guides conversations to understand skincare goals, educates on wax pass options and current promotions, prebooks/assists with reservations, and resolves guest inquiries in a professional manner. Maintains an organized front desk and lobby, collaborates with colleagues, participates in ongoing brand training, and utilizes POS systems to support sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related service or retail experience
- Strongly prefer previous sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology
- Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
