Job Summary
Greet every guest with professionalism while managing reservations, answering phones, and educating clients on services and policies. Process transactions, maintain guest profiles, and ensure the front desk remains clean and welcoming. Meet individual sales goals by recommending wax passes and skincare products, and contribute to center-wide performance targets. Support opening and closing procedures and participate in ongoing training. Full-time and part-time schedules available with evenings and weekends included.
