Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, and proactively educate them on wax pass options, promotions, and prebooking benefits. Book reservations, resolve guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain an organized, clean front desk and lobby area while upholding brand standards. Assist colleagues, share product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on sales techniques and brand information. This role requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working effectively in a moderate temperature environment. One year of related service or retail experience is required, with a strong preference for previous sales experience.
