Job Summary
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE at European Wax Center responsible for delivering a warm, guest-centric experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, engaging in conversations to understand needs and skincare goals, educating on wax pass options and current promotions, promoting the retail line, booking reservations, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining a clean front desk and lobby, assisting colleagues with product knowledge, and participating in ongoing brand training. Must be able to work indoors, stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and sales skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Retail/sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to adapt to varying guest personalities are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related service or retail experience
- Strongly prefer previous sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology
- Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure
