Job Summary
Warmly greet every guest, educate them on services and policies, and manage reservations while answering phones. Handle guest inquiries, process transactions through the POS, and maintain a clean, organized lobby. Confidently communicate wax pass savings and skincare product benefits to meet individual sales and rebooking goals, contributing to center-wide performance targets. Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks. Full-time and part-time schedules available with competitive hourly base rates starting at $12, plus performance commissions and bonuses.
