Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, engage them in meaningful conversations to understand skincare goals, and proactively educate them on wax pass options, promotions, and retail line benefits. Uphold brand standards by addressing inquiries, booking reservations, resolving concerns, and maintaining an organized, hygienic front desk. Foster a collaborative team environment while participating in ongoing training to stay current on sales techniques and product knowledge. This role requires standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and adapting to frequent changes in activity within a moderate indoor environment. One year of related service or retail experience is required, with a strong preference for prior sales experience.
