Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their skincare goals, and proactively educate them on wax pass options, promotions, and prebooking benefits. Uphold brand standards and protocols while addressing inquiries, booking reservations, and resolving concerns promptly. Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area, fostering a collaborative team environment through product knowledge sharing and ongoing training participation. Requires one year of retail experience, proficiency in point-of-sale systems, and the ability to adapt to frequent changes in activity within a moderate indoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related service or retail experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Can demonstrate proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology
- Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments
- Must be able to adapt to changes in activity frequently
- Must be able to stand or sit at a desk
- Standing, walking, and sitting are required
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
