Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier at XtraMart is responsible for providing top-notch guest experiences while completing store-level tasks, including greeting guests, ensuring efficient checkout operations, and maintaining store housekeeping. Associates will operate the point of sale system, handle cash, and manage inventory. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock area, register area)
- Ability to count, read and write accurately for paperwork completion
