Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by greeting customers, operating the point of sale, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling various store tasks including product replenishment and inventory checks. The role requires basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical activities such as lifting and climbing. Flexible scheduling is necessary, and the associate will assist in onboarding and training new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
