Job Summary
Serve as a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experience by providing excellent customer service, adhering to operational policies, and managing point of sale systems. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining store cleanliness, product replenishment, performing cash management, and communicating guest needs to management. Requires flexibility in scheduling and physical ability to manage store tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training
