Job Summary
Guest Service Associates drive guest experiences by greeting customers, ensuring store policies are followed, operating the point of sale, and maintaining store cleanliness. Associates replenish products and supplies, communicate guest requests, and conduct vendor check-ins. The role requires flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning. Strong communication skills and basic computer abilities are essential. Additional responsibilities include supporting new hire training and completing other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
