Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience while executing store operations, including operating the point of sale and maintaining cash levels. Responsibilities include performing housekeeping tasks, replenishing supplies, and communicating guest requests to management. The role requires flexibility in working hours, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to lift and access all store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
