The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for ensuring an excellent shopping experience for guests, maintaining store operations, and supporting management directives. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, adhering to safety and quality standards, operating the point of sale, managing cash levels, replenishing stock, and conducting inventory. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, reliability in transportation, and the ability to perform physical work in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs
