Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, while adhering to safety, security, quality, and operational policies. Key responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, maintaining cash levels, conducting store housekeeping functions, and managing product replenishment. This role requires basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing. Successful candidates must be flexible with their working schedule, which may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork

- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays
