Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will drive exceptional guest experiences while executing store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining safety and operational standards, operating the point of sale, handling cash and inventory, conducting store housekeeping, and managing guest requests. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to perform physical tasks. Successful candidates will possess basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to carry out various physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Support new hire onboarding and training
