Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for guests, ensuring adherence to safety and store operational guidelines. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the cash register, maintaining cash and supply levels, completing housekeeping tasks, and coordinating with management on guest and vendor concerns. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, reliable transportation, and the capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning. Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills and be able to complete paperwork accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
