Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will drive exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests, ensuring shopping enjoyment, and executing store operations according to corporate standards. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining adequate cash and inventory levels, executing store housekeeping tasks, and communicating with management on guest requests and vendor concerns. Flexibility in scheduling and physical accessibility in store areas are essential, along with basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
