Job Summary
Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience, greeting guests, and adhering to safety, security, and store operations protocols. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, maintaining proper cash and stock levels, performing store housekeeping duties, communicating guest requests to management, and completing tasks assigned by management. The role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to handle physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
