Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier will greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while following all safety and operations policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, maintaining cash and product levels, performing store housekeeping tasks, and communicating with store management regarding guest requests. The role requires flexibility in working hours, engaging in training of new hires, and completing tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
