Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences while executing store operations. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, adhering to safety and quality procedures, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, cleaning the store, and communicating with management regarding guest and vendor concerns. The role requires flexibility in availability, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to perform various tasks and lift items up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
