Job Summary
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while adhering to safety, security, quality and store operations policies. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, replenishing products, and completing store housekeeping functions. Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns, conduct gas tank inventory, and support employee onboarding and training. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, including outdoor and cooler environments
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
